Where We Ship
We currently ship within Switzerland only. If you are based outside Switzerland and would like to place an order, please get in touch at customercare@blueessentials.com — we are working on expanding our shipping zones and are happy to advise on options in the meantime.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders of CHF 99 or above
- A shipping fee applies to orders below CHF 99, calculated at checkout
Delivery Times
We ship via Planzer, one of Switzerland’s leading logistics providers.
- Next-day delivery: for orders placed before 12:00 noon on business days, we aim to deliver the following business day
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days for all other orders
- Peak periods: during holidays or periods of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to Planzer, delivery timelines are subject to their network conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Blue Essentials is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
