Cellular Hydration

Cellular Hydration is a daily electrolyte powder combining essential minerals (magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium), vitamin C, Peruvian maca root extract, malic acid, and prebiotic fibre (inulin). This sugar-free and artificial sweetener-free formula has a natural tart-lemon flavour.

This formula is designed for adults seeking comprehensive mineral support as part of an active lifestyle. It can be taken before, during or after exercise, or between meals for daily hydration support.

Mix 7g (approximately 1.5 teaspoons) with 500ml cold water. Take before, during or after exercise, or between meals as needed.

Special Notes: This product contains inulin, a prebiotic fibre. Individuals with FODMAP intolerance may not tolerate it well. For best flavour, use in cold water. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
