Primeadine® Original Spermidine

Primeadine® Original provides spermidine, a naturally occurring polyamine compound found in wheat germ and other plant foods. Each serving delivers 1mg of spermidine from concentrated, defatted Japanese wheat germ extract. The defatting process removes omega-6 fatty acids to reduce rancidity risk.

The formula includes FOS (fructooligosaccharides) prebiotic fiber from beetroot resistant dextrin. Spermidine is found in various foods including wheat germ, aged cheese, mushrooms, and soybeans, though dietary intake has decreased in modern diets due to food processing and preservation methods.

Take 3 capsules per day with water, ideally at your first or last meal. If you find 3 capsules too many to take at once, you can split the dose across the day.
